with a rifle from 200 yards away, police said. RIGHT UP THEIR ALLEY: A stove fire broke out on a recreational vehicle in Monticello, Iowa. At the time, the town was hosting the Iowa Firemen's Association Convention. The blaze was quickly extinguished.
