OK LADY, TIME TO GIVE IT BACK: A woman was caught on a surveillance tape swallowing a diamond ring she was trying to steal from a Clearwater, Fla., jewelry store. She was taken to jail where the ring was recovered when nature took it's course. The jeweler then had the ring melted down.

HE AIN'T HEAVY ... OH YES HE IS: When a 700-pound man died in his San Francisco home, firefighters had to use a crane to get him out.

FOR FIVE BUCKS, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? A man in Buttanswa, Uganda, paid a $5 dowry to the parents of a 14-year-old girl, who wanted her married off.
While they were on their honeymoon, the police swooped in and arrested the groom because of the bride's age. He was to be charged with defilement.

AN ADMIRER OF FEMALE BEAUTY: Police in Seymour, Ind., found a video camera hidden inside the locker room of a girl's high school swim team. A male student is suspected.
