THE HIGHWAY WAS SO BORING: A woman in Windsor, Ontario, was arrested for watching television while driving. Police who pulled her over said she had been watching a music video on a portable DVD player on her dashboard. YOU THINK YOU KNOW SOMEONE: A newlywed couple returned from their honeymoon in Mexico to discover that their Virginia home had been set on fire. To make matters worse, their best man was arrested for setting the blaze. A BOY WITH VALUES: Not satisfied with his $50,000 BMW, a Washington teenager arranged for the car to be stolen so he could use the insurance money to buy an even more expensive Bentley. Alas, police caught his accomplices, who immediately turned him in. OK! OK! HERE`S YOUR MONEY: To get people to pay their back property taxes after repeated demands, authorities in Rajahmundry, India, are sending drummers to their homes to play non-stop until they pay up. It appears to be working.
