NO! BAD KITTY! BAD!
Two kittens urinated on their owners' fax machine in a home in Kobe,
Japan, sparking a fire that caused extensive damage.
NO, NO, YOU’RE MAKING A MISTAKE!
A judge ordered that all of the illegally-built houses in a
squatters'
settlement fo Formigueiro, Brazil, be demolished. So police, accompanied
by 70 bulldozers, set off to do the job. Alas, they mistakenly went to
the
hamlet of Vila Baghdad, about five miles away, and knocked down 100
homes.
Apparently, those residents were also mostly squatters, but many of
them had received ownership documents for their land five years ago.

A 39-year-old former stripper was elected as a municipal judge in
Henderson, Nev.

The ``Underwear Gang'' is burglarizing homes in Cambodia. The bandits
wear only their underwear and slather themselves in oil to make them too
slippery to catch.

Female teachers in Bhubaneswar, India, have been instructed to
obscure
their curves by wearing full-length aprons so as not to distract male
students with their bodies.
The decision came after a two-year study that showed adolescent boys
were ``losing concentration'' in classes conducted by female teachers.
Women's groups are outraged.
